- Purchaser certifies that he or she is 21 or over.
- Purchaser agrees that all sales take place at seller’s location in Hawaii.
- Purchaser agrees that shipping is provided as a service on behalf of the purchaser and that seller will collect and remit the shipping cost as a courtesy.
Orders are shipped from MONDAY to FRIDAY via Fedex 2DAY EXPRESS, or Fedex Priority Overnight for Hawaii.
Orders will usually be shipped the day after receipt. No delivery on weekends.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced when you notify us immediately.
A commercial business address is preferred because Fedex will deliver during the day.
